Wez Furlong e1d935c057 docs: streamline docker bits 
I've moved the setting-up-docker bits into a separate page,
but have left it out the TOC.  I'm not sure that level of
detail on docker belongs in this section; perhaps it could
move to an appendix?

issue template and pruned from this page.

But this commit is just about making it not render as a wall
of text in mkdocs.

Wez Furlong 4d74bd58e4 docs: adjust example config 
Simply a bit by removing some defaults, and remove some dangerous/bad
settings from my local test that should not be in the example config.

Factor out the dkim config table so that it is computed once, rather
than on every call to the event handler.

Wez Furlong 3a1b1053bd docs: add link checking 
Ideally there would be a good mkdocs based checker, but the
one that is out there only validate absolute URLs, which makes
it unsuitable for checking local relative links in the docs.

Adjust the doc build so that we also generate the SUMMARY.md
for mdbook, and use mdbook's link checker to check the links.

Fixup the couple of broken links that it found.
