Wez Furlong 0e8550887c kumo-address: fixup compilation standalone ...

kumo-address requires tokio's net feature; previously we were
implicitly working with this because other crates in the build
provided this feature.

but, cargo nextest run -p kumo-log-types doesn't provide this.

So, add it!
