Wez Furlong 38839d104b fixup use of Dispatcher::queue_name ...

This is a bit of a misleading field that is easily misused.
In this case, the smtp_client_rewrite_delivery_status event
could trigger with the incorrect scheduled queue components :-(

Noticed together with @cai-n while looking at
https://github.com/KumoCorp/kumomta/issues/116
