Wez Furlong a00e8d0f0a NEW: add tracing to smtp client, kcli trace-smtp-client ...

It is now possible to trace outbound SMTP sessions, filtering
by a variety of properties.

Details are in `kcli trace-smtp-client --help` and also in
the docs at /reference/kcli/trace-smtp-client.md
