Function writes_temporary_files 

pub fn writes_temporary_files(store: &ObjectStore) -> bool

Returns true if store publishes non-append writes with a rename, which is what leaves temporary files behind when the writer dies.

Only the HDFS compatibility layer does that; a write to any other service appears under its final name.
