build(deps): update opensrv-mysql to fix MariaDB 12.3 USE information_schema hang (#9357)

Update opensrv-mysql from f3135e5 to 1f3d88c, which replies a proper EOF packet to COM_FIELD_LIST instead of a malformed OK packet that MariaDB 12.3 misparses and hangs on USE information_schema.

Fixes #9158
