`fulltext_bloom_tokens` reads a fulltext bloom SST in the first format and
asserts that rows written by the older binary stay visible next to a current
one. Its `from_range` started at v1.0.0, but the released v1.3.0 binary
already writes `bloom_version: 2`, so the setup produces two current-format
SSTs and the expectation ("one old, one new") can never hold:
expected: | false | 1 | actual: | true | 2 |
expected: | true | 1 |
Narrow the range to the releases that still write the first format. The
constraint language has `>=`, `<=`, `==` and `=` only, and several entries
are alternatives rather than a conjunction, so `<=v1.2.99` is the bound
that excludes v1.3.0 while keeping v1.2.x and older - including the
nightly window.
Verified with the compat runner: `--from-version v1.2.1 --dry-run` selects
the case, `--from-version v1.3.0 --dry-run` skips it with
`from_range ["<=v1.2.99"] does not match version 'v1.3.0'`, and
`update-compat-versions.py --check --published-only --check-anchors`
passes.
