* test(storage): use assert_eq to check scan result

* feat(storage): Add more info to manifest log

* feat: Avoid error log when unable to delete

* fix: The manifest gc task should delete files <= last_version

* feat(storage): Don't log if the error kind is not found

* feat: Add keep_last_checkpoint option
