Preserve the compaction option tests and upstream CUDA tests by retaining both Any and MagicMock imports.

Validation: rebuilt the Python extension against Lance v15; 29 optimize/CUDA tests and 7 storage documentation tests passed. Rust formatting and Python source checks passed. Full repository Ruff still reports 49 inherited documentation example errors.

## Materialized Views (Synchronous)
On Cloud and Enterprise, creation accepts `auto_refresh_enabled` and
`auto_refresh_interval_seconds`:

Omit `auto_refresh_interval_seconds` to let the server determine when to refresh.
These options also apply to asynchronous creation and creation jobs. Embedded
connections support manual refresh and reject automatic scheduling requests.
