fix: add reverie banner to readme (#4346)

Add Reverie banner to the top of README until event ends.

Additionally, I also removed the "LanceDB Cloud" skinny banner since
we're not promoting that right? Should we modify the larger LanceDB
modify to not mention "Try LanceDB Cloud"?
