fix(python): correct the voyageai reranker env var docstring (#4201)

`VoyageAIReranker`'s `api_key` docstring said it falls back to
`OPENAI_API_KEY`, but the class actually reads `VOYAGE_API_KEY` (and
raises a "VOYAGE_API_KEY not set" error without it) — the docstring was
copy-pasted from the OpenAI reranker. Docstring-only fix.
