BREAKING CHANGE: removes `aws`, `dynamodb`, `azure`, `gcs`, `oss`, `huggingface` from default Rust features. They can be enabled by users as needed. They are still enabled for Python and NodeJS, since those users don't control the compilation of artifacts. Closes #2911
