Updates the Rust workspace Lance dependencies and Java lance-core from v9.1.0-beta.5 to v9.1.0-beta.7, including the generated Cargo lockfile. No LanceDB compatibility changes were required for this release. See the [Lance v9.1.0-beta.7 release](https://github.com/lance-format/lance/releases/tag/v9.1.0-beta.7).
