## Summary
- bump Lance crates to v0.39.0 with ci/set_lance_version.py and refresh
Cargo.lock
- keep namespace feature set intact while moving off git dependencies
- verified cargo clippy --workspace --tests --all-features -- -D
warnings
- ran cargo fmt --all
