Brendan Clement bb2d741cb3 build(docs): build the Rust docs examples with lancedb's lance-namespace ...

The Rust docs crate pinned lance-namespace 7.0.0 while lancedb 0.31.0
uses 8.0.0, so the connection example, which passes lance-namespace
request types to lancedb, did not compile. It now pins 8.0.0, the
version lancedb 0.31.0 itself depends on.

It also enables lancedb's `remote` feature, without which the crate
cannot compile an example that connects to LanceDB Enterprise.

lancedb stays at 0.31.0 and no locked version changes: the lockfile
loses the lance 7.0.0 crates the old pin pulled in and gains the
`remote` feature's dependencies.
