86e51813ca fix(all): accept Into<SendableEmail> 
When sending a mail, accept not only `SendableEmail`, but also anything
that can be converted .into() a `SendableEmail`.

e7e0f3485d feat(transport): Use md-5 and hmac instead of rust-crypto 
RustCrypto is not supported anymore, and this avoids
compiling useless code.
