pgbench-compare: don't run neon-captest-new (#3130)

Do not run Nightly Benchmarks on `neon-captest-new`.
This is a temporary solution to avoid spikes in the storage we consume
during the test run. To collect data for the default instance, we could
run tests weekly (i.e. not daily).
