Subject: [PATCH] fix generate matrix for olap for saturdays (#10622)

## Problem

when introducing pg17 for job step `Generate matrix for OLAP benchmarks`
I introduced a syntax error that only hits on Saturdays.

## Summary of changes

Remove trailing comma
