Reasons: - it makes pg_waldump usage slightly more cumbersome, forcing to rename file. - it makes pull_timeline slightly more cumbersome because at any moment source file can be renamed from partial to full. Arpad Müller	54327bbeec	Upload initdb results to S3 (#5390) ... ## Problem See #2592 ## Summary of changes Compresses the results of initdb into a .tar.zst file and uploads them to S3, to enable usage in recovery from lsn.
