e74a812850 Handle WAL redo errors more gracefully. 
Don't panic, but return an error to the caller, all the way up to the
processing node instance that did the GetPage@LSN call.

8bb282dcad page server: Restore base backup from S3 at page server startup 
This includes a "launch.sh" script that I've been using to initialize
and launch the Postgres + Page Server combination.
