f3a0e4f255 Improve specificity with which we apply compute specs (#12773) 
This makes sure we don't confuse user-controlled functions with PG's
builtin functions.

c0ba416967 Add compute_logical_snapshots_bytes metric (#9887) 
This metric exposes the size of all non-temporary logical snapshot
