Conrad Ludgate 191f745c81 fix(proxy/auth_broker): ignore -pooler suffix (#9800) ...

Fixes https://github.com/neondatabase/cloud/issues/20400

We cannot mix local_proxy and pgbouncer, so we are filtering out the
`-pooler` suffix prior to calling wake_compute.
