Mikhail 4f16ab3f56 add lfc offload and prewarm error metrics (#12486) ...

Add `compute_ctl_lfc_prewarm_errors_total` and
`compute_ctl_lfc_offload_errors_total` metrics.
Add comments in `test_lfc_prewarm`.
