## Problem We don't log gRPC request errors on the server. Touches #11728. ## Summary of changes Automatically log non-OK gRPC response statuses in the observability middleware, and add corresponding logging for the `get_pages` stream. Also adds the peer address and gRPC method to the gRPC tracing span.
