* Fix trait bound of StoreReader::iter

Similar to `StoreReader::get`, `StoreReader::iter` should only require
`DocumentDeserialize` and not `Document`.

* Mark the iterator returned by SegmentReader::doc_ids_alive as Send so it can be used in impls of Stream/AsyncIterator.
