Restrict OHOS version baselines to v-prefixed version tags so the rolling nightly tag cannot produce an invalid ohpm package version. Keep the manifest version fallback and count commits from the selected version tag. Give each parameterized shared TUN test its own network namespace, while keeping both member instances on the same TUN within that namespace. Reuse TestNetwork to own and clean up the namespaces and remove the process-local serial lock, which does not serialize nextest processes. This prevents fixed test addresses from competing for routes in the root namespace without increasing timeouts.
