Rust workspace with two crates:
- translator: pure, IO-free mapping between Anthropic Messages API and OpenAI Chat Completions
- proxy: axum HTTP server with auth, streaming SSE, retry/backoff, concurrency limits
169 tests passing (unit, golden fixture, integration).
