Rust workspace with two crates: - translator: pure, IO-free mapping between Anthropic Messages API and OpenAI Chat Completions - proxy: axum HTTP server with auth, streaming SSE, retry/backoff, concurrency limits 169 tests passing (unit, golden fixture, integration). Version Policy
- All dependencies use caret ranges (e.g.,
"1"means>=1.0.0, <2.0.0). - No pinned versions; Cargo.lock (not committed) handles exact resolution.
- Minimum Rust edition: 2021.
