Subject: [PATCH] chore(renovate): admit stable single-service image updates

Audited against localApps c5fe4d8c07fc0a6100c7f74dadf7654f0b4be154. Added seven apps with stable one-service compose shapes, no special runtime flags or non-trivial upgrade scripts, recent image-only Renovate PRs, no merged maintainer repair PRs in 30 days, and no open PR among the 80 checked.
