okxlin a0dfe66df8 Migrate legacy ServerKit volume during upgrade 
Run the target version upgrade hook to move the SQLite database and its SQLite sidecars from the previously published serverkit-data volume into the new app-local bind directory. Keep the migration scoped to installs whose old Compose still used the named volume and retain the legacy volume for rollback.

okxlin c69d1fee40 Use app-local bind mount for ServerKit data 
Store the SQLite data directory under the 1Panel application install path so application backups include it. Initialize the bind directory with the image runtime UID/GID and keep both packaged versions upgrade-safe.
