okxlin e93584d63d fix(weblate): update Valkey security patch 
Update the official cache image to Valkey 9.1.1 and use app-prefixed internal DNS aliases so Weblate cannot resolve generic dependency names from the shared 1Panel network. Document non-destructive cache and database upgrade precautions.

okxlin caa8b9cd96 Remove adaptation evidence from app packages 
Keep source-evidence.json as local workflow material by ignoring it repository-wide and remove previously committed evidence files from application trees.
