Package official Shlink 5.1.5 and latest images with the verified 1Panel PostgreSQL Runtime selector. Fresh install, API workflow, restart, uninstall, and native upgrade were validated on moelin/1panel:v2; documented default mitigations cover the reviewed High CVEs.
