okxlin b4d8ed3ea4 feat(immich): add v3.0.2 upgrade path (#4686) 
Verified: official v3.0.2 compose alignment; adapter strict-store passed; manifests and pinned digests verified; real v1.132.3 pgvecto.rs to v3.0.2 VectorChord migration passed; 4 services healthy, HTTP 200, schema check clean after restart, no secret leak or fatal log findings.
