okxlin 528635f30d fix(imgproxy): add 4.0.18 upgrade package 
Keep 4.0.17 available for existing installs and add 4.0.18 with the updated image. The isolated 1Panel v2 4.0.17 to 4.0.18 upgrade, restart, and uninstall smoke passed.
