feat(next-terminal): add 3.5.2 PostgreSQL runtime app

Keep the bundled-PostgreSQL 3.1.1 layout for existing installs while adding an audited 3.5.2 release that links a 1Panel PostgreSQL service. Refuse unsafe direct upgrades and document the required manual migration path.

Fix Next Terminal 1Panel startup

Rework the app package to match the current upstream container deployment: generate config.yaml during install/upgrade, add bundled PostgreSQL, keep Guacd, and map the current SSH proxy port.
Disable cross-version upgrades because legacy SQLite/single-container installs cannot be migrated safely by this package. Verified latest and 3.1.1 with real 1Panel v2 smoke tests.
