okxlin 262c4d3d81 fix(microwarp): verify WARP IP rotation 
Add the verified MicroWARP packages to the localApps branch, including real SOCKS egress verification, retry and rollback behavior, and upgrade-safe replacement of legacy root rotation scripts while preserving user data.
