Add 1Panel v2 local app adapters for Jackett, The Lounge, and NZBGet using active LinuxServer Docker Hub tags.\n\nValidation:\n- adapter validate-v2 --strict-store --i18n-mode strict --source-evidence-mode off for all three apps\n- 1Panel v2 smoke passed for all three apps with moelin/1panel:v2
