Polish Wavelog and gateway-go apps
Refine the remaining contributor app PRs after local merge.
- switch Wavelog to the official ghcr.io/wavelog/wavelog:2.2.1 image
- document Wavelog installer, database handoff, and upstream CVE risk
- normalize gateway-go metadata, fixed host-network port, scripts, and README risk notes
- compress gateway-go logo and add missing runtime scripts
