okxlin f34af6e6e0 Fix NetBox Redis sidecar auth handling 
Align the bundled Redis service with REDIS_PASSWORD so 1Panel-generated secrets do not break fresh installs or upgrades.

Also normalize the README structure for adapter strict validation and update the listed version to 4.6.4.
