Add SABnzbd, Ombi, Tautulli, NZBHydra2, pyLoad NG, and Apprise API LinuxServer adapters with numbered and latest versions. Backfill numbered versions for Jackett, The Lounge, and NZBGet while making their latest directories track the Docker Hub latest tag.\n\nValidation:\n- validate-v2 strict-store/i18n strict per version slice\n- docker compose config per version\n- 1Panel v2 smoke passed for numbered and latest versions

Introduction
Ombi is a media request platform commonly used to let users submit content requests to Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin administrators. This app uses the LinuxServer.io maintained linuxserver/ombi image.
