Add COPS, Kavita, mStream, SyncLounge, Mylar3, and Bazarr LinuxServer adapters with numbered and latest versions.\n\nValidation:\n- validate-v2 strict-store/i18n strict per version slice\n- docker compose config per version\n- 1Panel v2 smoke passed for numbered and latest versions\n\nMylar3 and other PUID-based media apps initialize writable data subdirectories before container startup.

Introduction
COPS is a lightweight Calibre OPDS and HTML ebook server for browsing a library from a web browser. This app uses the LinuxServer.io maintained linuxserver/cops image.
