Repair OpenClaw 1Panel initialization for renamed Compose services and non-interactive onboarding. The tested upgrade smoke used the exact base image/config and a test-only baseline onboarding adapter; the target tree includes these repairs. CVE/Trivy assessment is deferred per owner request.
