ZyyandCodex b49b4528e7 fix(store): prevent analytics stalls during history cleanup ...

Batch empty-group deletion and extrema rebuilds, and reserve queue capacity
for live requests while historical contributions are removed.

Keep adaptive batch sizes across worker cycles so timed-out batches can
shrink and make progress without changing transaction or version ACK rules.

Add regression coverage for rollback, fair processing, and timeout recovery.
Validated with 452 Store tests, strict Clippy, and delayed PostgreSQL stress
with 30,000 historical requests plus 12,000 new requests at 200 per second.
