3 people 06e94ef69b fix(settings): make Responses decompression limit configurable (#141) ...

Persist the output limit in runtime settings and use the authenticated snapshot for each compressed Responses request. Expose the setting in MiB and preserve bounded decoding and the independent zstd window limit.
