Tolerate field-validation failures on non-terminal content events (empty deltas, duplicate indices, missing fields) and skipped transforms by forwarding the wire event without canonical extraction, matching the reference translation baseline. Terminal completed/incomplete events keep failing closed so usage and cost validation are preserved; genuine upstream errors still propagate.
