ZyyandCodex 380f04bace fix(admin): preserve actionable provider error messages ...

Retain safe provider messages across the admin HTTP boundary while keeping internal diagnostics private. Distinguish refresh contention, known upstream rejection, and unknown outcomes without changing worker retry or terminal-state policies.

Cover OpenAI refresh-token failure reasons, including token_expired, and improve adjacent OpenAI/xAI admin guidance. Add provider and HTTP regressions and synchronize API and architecture contracts.

Validated 1400 related backend tests, 12 architecture checks, strict Clippy, Rustfmt, gateway build, and an isolated real-upstream invalid-token browser flow.
