ZyyandCodex 4f434ec525 fix(theme): restore semantic color roles ...

Separate semantic text on neutral surfaces from high-contrast text on tinted backgrounds, derive each role against its actual surfaces, and migrate badges and alerts to explicit on-background tokens.

Restore vivid usage-table accents and align input hover, active, and error outlines across light and dark themes.

Validated with semantic contrast checks across presets and custom seeds, frontend typecheck, lint and production build.
