ZyyandCodex 6c158447be fix: prevent cookie replay and improve Windows download fallback ...

Distinguish credential revision conflicts from account store failures and
persist response cookies once across streaming errors and WebSocket reuse.

Keep Microsoft Store downloads first with a 30-second timeout, read official
fallback sizes through bounded HEAD requests, and correct Store size units.
