ZyyandCodex b37d790144 fix(api): default HTTP responses to JSON when stream is omitted ...

Preserve explicit stream preferences and the WebSocket streaming default without rewriting request bodies or changing upstream execution.

Add decoder and HTTP delivery regression coverage.
