Rebuild the backend as the frozen gateway workspace with a single PostgreSQL schema, provider-owned OpenAI and xAI boundaries, and mirrored domain tests. Restore the admin product contracts for accounts, model catalogs, usage observability, billing details, and provider-scoped settings without compatibility shims.
